9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DryStep if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or misused the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers
DryStep is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of summaries or reminders, or that the service will always be error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing care decisions and using independent judgment when acting on logs, reminders, or progress insights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DryStep and its affiliates, founders, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DryStep for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of DryStep after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
